Returns & Refunds Policy

At Greens Club, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

If you’re dissatisfied with a product, our 100-Day Make-it-Right Guarantee allows you to request refunds or returns within 100 days of purchase. After 100 days, we are unable to offer full refunds or exchanges.

Please note: Refunds and returns are not available for wholesale orders.

Unopened Items

Under our 100-Day Make-it-Right Guarantee, unopened items can be returned within 100 days of purchase. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Certain items, such as perishable goods, are exempt from returns.


Opened Items

If you’re unhappy with an opened product, you may be eligible for store credit or a replacement product, provided your return request is made within 100 days of purchase. Opened items are not eligible for full refunds.

Please note: Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be granted for products that cannot be resold due to causes beyond control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, regulatory actions, or other force majeure events.


Refunds

If you qualify for a refund, once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 2-3 business days but may take up to 7 business days in some cases.

Please note: Refunds are not available for wholesale orders.
